• No Refunds: Renewals will not be refunded once processed. You will receive renewal notifications before the renewal date, including a link to log in and cancel your renewal.

• Notice: If such behavior occurs, we will provide a written notice with a 14-day warning of cancellation.

• Action: If the behavior continues and violates our terms and conditions, Lightning Tapes and its affiliated companies may suspend subscriptions, block future purchases, and will not be responsible for any refunds.
